THINGS TO BE LEARNT FROM INDIAN CRICKET TEAM AFTER WORLD CUP 2011

As being Indians we all are delighted by the magnificient performance of our team which led it to win the world cup 2011 in its home ground. India also created a history of becoming first team to win the world cup in its home. The learnings which we can derive from Indian Cricket team which will be helpful to all of us to make our life better in all the prespects of life are:-

1) Don't be always dependent on The Best

The one who are the best cannot be at their best always. Everyone has to give his/her cent percent towards the team.

As per the context of Indian Cricket team, when the best batsmans Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag got out very soon then the youngsters Gautem Gambhir and Virat Kohli magnificently shouldered the responsibility of taking the team out of the claws of defeat.

2) Go and Turnaround

There is no other alternative other than self confidence and stubbornness to do something better for achieving the goal

In the tournament Captain M S Dhoni was not so very successful but at such a delicate moment he betook himself to the ground and played a valuable innings for the team to win the world cup.

3) Never say No

Pessimism leads to nothing. We have to ignore pessimisn so that with full energy we can positively get attached to our goal.

Yuvraj Singh was going through his bad form and before World cup he was on the verge of taking retirement but he conquered his pessimism and emerged as Man of the Series of WC 2011.

4) Always take risks

Without risks no one can achieve big goals in life. In order to cover long distance you have to jump long. The more you prepare to take risks the less will the distance between you and your destination.

In final match instead of R. Ashwin Shreesanth and Yusuf Pathan were given chances in the team. At third down when Dhoni betook himself to the ground inspite of Yuvraj seemed to be a dangerous move but proved to be a fruitful move for the team.

5) Make strategy for every act

Without proper strategy the further moves will be in the dark. It signifies that everytime a strategy is necessary. If conditions change then conditions should also change.

Like we see that West Indies is quite lacking in playing spin attack and at that time R Ashwin was the strike bowler against West Indies which made everyone shocked and when the middle order was in the ups and downs then he made Raina to bat instead of Pathan.
